Summary
Living in fear of his life, Abdul Hamid, absolute ruler of Turkey, signs a warrant for the death of Kadar Pasha, head of his secret police. Kadar accepts his fate, knoweing it will lead to a revolt of the palace guard which, together with the Young Turks, finally ousts the despotic Abdul.
