Summary
Writing blank or writing sheet, filled out by John Coombs, junr. on October 26th 1785, who wrote the verse "Prudence" as an example of his handwriting. The writing sheet features British vignettes of soldiers in uniform, arms and armaments, two soldiers with swords thinking about how they will treat their enemies, and a scene with soldiers appealing to civilians to enlist.
