Summary
Based on Milton Caniff's popular comic strip, Terry and the pirates was originally broadcast in 1952 and chronicled the high flying adventures of USAF Colonel Terry Lee who heads to the Far East to locate a gold mine he inherited from his grandfather. Once there, he becomes a pilot with Air Cathay, a no-questions-asked cargo/passenger airline.
