Descriptive text in inset boxes around the edge of the print includes a detail inset map of the encampments of soldiers in the larger area around Lille. Across the top is a detailed engraving with scrolls and banners praising the victories of the Grand Alliance troops and dedicated to the Danish King Frederick IV.
