Summary
Cartoon shows the pompous president of a firm lecturing an office boy about the road to success. Behind his back, the president holds a newspaper whose headlines read: "Tunney Guaranteed $1,000,000 for Fight." Boxer Gene Tunney, who won the world heavyweight championship from Jack Dempsey in 1926 when he was 28 years old, made huge sums of money before his retirement in 1928. The cartoonist suggests that it is difficult to teach the old-fashioned virtues of thrift and industry when some young people are becoming millionaires.
