Summary
Audio recordings of songs from Vassar College musical shows and "Parties" including a show titled "The Spiral Weekend" produced by Anne MacKay, class of 1949. The songs are described as those popularly sung at Vassar between 1945-1949. They were probably performed and recorded by a group of Vassar alumnae from the classes of 1948 and 1949 at a Vassar reunion in 1997. The collection includes manuscripts describing Vassar College class "Parties" and musical shows, with lyrics to the songs, and copies of clippings and programs. Also included are "Songs from the Dorman (and Callender) family" (10 p.) compiled by Anne MacKay in 1996 for her family
