10. Making the head do a double shift. In many countries the possibilities of the human head seem to have been overlooked according to the way it is trained to serve as a double purpose in Italy and the Balkan states. This lad is typical of Albania as he saunters unconciously through the streets selling vegetables and oil, but through the initiative of the Junior Red Cross of America his head is to have more consideration in the future. He is to go to one of the school-orphanages instituted by American school children to give educational opportunities to some of Europe's needy and uncared for war orphans July 29, 1920 [date received]
