M.V. Lomonosova in 1985, and later a doctorate from the same university in 1988; did work translating for Chilean communists exiled in Russia and married one; in 1992 she moved with her family to Chile; she made her academic career at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile,USACH, and in particular in the Instituto de Estudios Avanzados; listed in her books and articles is: Chile en los archivos soviéticos, Tomo 2, Chile y Komintern 1931-1935, Estudio y Documentos, DIBAM-LIM, 2009 (en coautoria con Alfredo Riquelme)
