Wash., Law School; active in politics; precinct committeewoman, member of exec. comm., Democratic Party, Kings County; elected as state representative from 37th District in 1960, 1962, and 1964; proclaimed to be youngest woman legislator in the U.S.; became ill during latter part of 1965 legislative session and died shortly afterwards)
