found: NUCMC data from Wellesley Historical Society (Wellesley, Mass.) for Hazelton family collection, 1770-2011(Isaac Hills Hazelton; b. in Province House Court in Boston on May 17, 1838 to Isaac Hills Hazelton (June 5, 1805-Sept. 8, 1863) and Susan Pickard Hazelton (born Feb. 24, 1814) of Maine; he attended Boston Latin School, entered Harvard with the class of 1860 (left due to his father's illness) and later became an honorary member of the class of 1860; he later graduated from Harvard Medical School; he was appointed Assistant Physician at the New Hampshire Asylum for the Insane in April 1861; he was commissioned Assistant Surgeon in the U.S. Navy on Dec. 17, 1861; on July 10, 1865 he resigned from the Navy and became Assistant Physician at the McLean Asylum for the Insane on Sept. 11, 1865; after his marriage he conducted a private sanitarium in Milton, practiced medicine for a few years in Boston, and then moved to Wellesley Hills; he practiced medicine in Wellesley Hills and also served as the medical examiner; he was an invalid living with his three daughters for at least the last four years of his life; after his death in 1929 he was buried at Mount Auburn Cemetery)
