found: Desengaño y reparo de la Guerra del Reino de Chile, 2017:title page (Alonso González de Nájera) cover front flap (born 1556 in Cuenca, Spain; after fighting in Flanders, France, and Italy he went to Chile in 1601 and fought in the battle of Arauco under the governors Alonso de Ribera and Alonso García Ramón; in 1607 he was sent as an emissary to the Spanish Court to get additional help for the war but his request was rejected; he became governor of Puerto Hércules in Tuscany around 1610; he finished the manuscript for Desengaño y reparo de la Guerra del Reino de Chile in 1614, which is the last that is known about him; no one knows his death date)
