She was 97. After surviving an internment camp during the Holocaust, Mrs. Jagoda married an American soldier, Harry Jagoda, and settled in Northern Virginia in the 1940s. Flora Papo was born in Sarajevo on Dec. 21, 1923. After her mother remarried, Flora took the surname of her stepfather, Kabilio)
