found: Utah Division of Indian Affairs WWW site, Jan. 18, 2006:Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah (Reservations for the Shivwits Band, Indian Peaks Band, Kanosh Band, and Koosharem Band were established between 1903 and 1929 but not for the Cedar Band, whom the fed. govt. overlooked. Bands were terminated from federal recognition in 1954, except for the Cedar Band which received no federal assistance, consequently suffering de facto termination. The federal trust relationship was restored to all five bands which constitute the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah on Apr. 3, 1980 via the Paiute Restoration Act, P.L. 96-227)
