He has an extensive background in IP, telecommunications, wireless services and software. Prior to joining Diamond IP, Tim worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Triton PCS and Lucent. While at Diamond IP, Tim has managed the engineering development and market introduction of several IP address management systems and managed services. Tim has authored two IPAM books, co-authored two others with Michael Dooley, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Engineering Sciences from Drexel and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University)
