The Woodrow Wilson Foundation was based in New York City, with its national office located at 150 Nassau Street. In 1963, the Foundation undertook the financial responsibility for the completion of The Papers of Woodrow Wilson, a 69-volume edition of all of Wilson's papers. The Wilson Papers project consumed all of the energies and funds of the foundation during its thirty-year duration.
