Nevada State University

[Nevada State University was a state-supported institution of higher learning and research, 1881-1906.] It was originally established in 1874 as the State University of Nevada in Elko, Nevada, which was renamed as Nevada State University in 1881 and moved to Reno in 1885. In 1906, Nevada State University was renamed the University of Nevada.
