found: Ternopilʹsʹka oblastʹ, 1973:p. 351-359 (Kozova, a village in Kozivsʹkyĭ raĭon: 1st mentioned in chronicles of 1440 as part of the Polish Rusʹke voi︠e︡vodstvo. The village was fought over, conquered, burnt and pillaged several times by Tatars and Turks from 1617 until 1772. From 1772 with the partition of Poland, Kozova, as part of the Galician lands, was ceded to the Austro-Hungarian Empire. The village was again fought over during WW I, though eventually it was granted to Poland, where it remained until Sept. 1939, when as part of Western Ukraine it was reunited with Soviet Ukraine)
