Unipower specialized in producing of special all-wheel-drive vehicles. The joint company Alvis-Unipower continued production of the Unipower's model range. Alvis activity in this area was short-lived: in 2000, the leadership group decided to concentrate on producing of military equipment. In early 2001, Unipower was resold to Singaporean group Avimo Group, and the license for its tractors was acquired by French company Nicolas)
