Title
Where a road is to go. To the right is a high loan bluff and to the left a bend in a big river. The loan bank is cut down and a high stone wall erected to protect the road-bed from the erosion of floods. This shows the road in process of construction and the foundations for the wall being put down. There will be a picture taken from this name point when the work is completed
