Cleveland, Traffic Vice President of the Association of American Railroads, today told President Roosevelt's fact finding commission that unless railroads obtain their proper share of traffic, there will be fewer jobs. Cleveland, supporting the rail carriers' proposal for a 15 percent wage cut; said that the Railroad Industry "is no longer even a semi-monopoly," 10/3/38
