Summary
While it may seem only specific to people who are in or have family/friends in AA, the wisdom, humor, catchphrases and tough-love advice in this little handbook can be useful and therapeutic for absolutely anyone. In addition, there are other features in the book. Are you questioning whether or not, you or someone you know is abusing alcohol? There is a simple quiz for you to take, also a screening test for teens.
