We have trialed the treatment with individuals ages 10 and older. While the treatment may be beneficial for individuals younger than age 10, this has not been rigorously evaluated. The book contains a treatment manual with de-identified patient examples and a corresponding workbook that includes educational handouts and fillable worksheets (Appendix B). The treatment manual is primarily intended to be used by clinicians, but some individuals/caregivers seeking RS treatment may find it useful to help deepen their understanding of the basic concepts presented in the workbook. The workbook is freely available (INSERT WEB LINK) and intended to be used primarily in three ways:"-- Provided by publisher.Authorized Access PointCognitive-behavioral therapy for rumination syndrome (CBT-RS)
